It took a bunch of barbarians to invent beer
While the rest of the ancient world was sipping wine, the Valhalla-loving brewers at the edge of the known world were delving deep into the hinterlands of taste — funky, sour, and savagely good. Barbarian Brewing honors the traditions of these wild creatures by handcrafting small-batch beers that go beyond the pale of mass-market brews. Beer may be mainstream. But don’t get too civilized.

Back by popular demand (after aging in tequila barrels for a year) is our DESERT BLOOM Sour! This spontaneously fermented Golden Sour was aged in freshly poured tequila barrels and finished with 200 pounds of real prickly pear juice.
We also heard y’all’s demands from last year and made a bigger batch, so we now have draft AND bottles available at both Barbarian locations starting today.

Join us TONIGHT 3/19 for a 60-minute @kegfit_ workout in our barrel cove and beer garden. 6pm.
$10 Ticket includes workout and free drink token (“recovery beer”). Walk-ins welcome.
KegFit is a “go at your own pace” circuit training workout…but here is the kicker. You’re in the back of a brewery with an old school Boombox with three 10-minute rounds using empty Barbarian kegs for a bit of weight, if desired.
The final round is a free Barbarian “recovery beer” or your favorite non-alcoholic beverage. You can go at your own pace, push yourself, chat with new/old friends, or take a nap. It’s all up to you to decide what you want out of the workout. KegFit is designed for all levels of fitness. All you need is your workout clothes, including your fav sneaks.
